per vehicle—not per person.
Applicable taxes and transaction fees are included

Request 5% off eligible airport transfers
for seniors, students, military personnel,
passengers travelling to medical appointments,
and travel nurses.

eligibility and your discounted fare before payment.

Submitting a reservation form does not confirm a ride.
Confirmation requires verified availability,
agreed trip details and fare, and payment.
Manage Your Confirmed Trip
Driver Contact and Pickup Support
If you have not received a driver text at least
40 minutes before a local pickup or
2 hours before a long-distance pickup,
call 1 (782) 882-4648.
Our 24/7 dispatch team will assist you and confirm your ride.
Flight Changes
Call our operator immediately if your flight is delayed,
cancelled, or rescheduled. Provide your reservation name,
updated flight number, new arrival date, and arrival time.
Revised arrangements are subject to availability.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be received at least 20 hours
before pickup to qualify for a refund.
Later cancellations are non-refundable.
Approved refunds are subject to transaction fees and service
charges, with a maximum of 80% of the actual fare
refundable. Taxes and tips are non-refundable.
Processing takes 10–30 business days.
