Fares and Payment Options
All fares are in Canadian dollars,
per vehicle—not per person.
Your confirmed total includes applicable taxes
and transaction fees.
Payment can be arranged through a
secure online payment link or e-transfer.

Child Seats, Pets and Larger Vehicles
Infant car seats, toddler car seats,
and booster seats are available upon request,
subject to availability. Provide your child’s
age, weight, and height when booking.
Book early so the appropriate seat can be prepared.
For pet transportation, include your pet’s type, size,
and carrier details. For groups or oversized luggage,
describe your passenger and space requirements.
Suitable vehicles and any additional charges must
be confirmed in advance.
Save 5% on Eligible Airport Transfers
Seniors, students, military personnel, passengers travelling
to medical appointments, and travel nurses can request
5% off eligible airport transfers.
Ask when booking so our team can confirm eligibility
and your discounted fare before payment.
Airport Pickup and Meet and Greet
Our team monitors your flight status online
to coordinate your arrival pickup. Your driver will wait
according to your confirmed pickup arrangements.
With confirmed Meet and Greet service,
your driver holds a sign displaying your name
and meets you inside the airport at the publicly accessible
baggage collection area.
Request Meet and Greet when booking so we can confirm
availability, meeting instructions, and any applicable charge.
Switch on your cellphone after landing
so your driver or dispatch team can contact you.
Flight Delays, Cancellations or Changes
If your flight is delayed, cancelled, or rescheduled,
call our operator immediately at

Provide your reservation name, updated flight number,
new arrival date, and arrival time.
Although we monitor flights, please notify us directly
of itinerary changes. Revised pickup arrangements
are subject to availability.

If you have not received a driver text at least
40 minutes before a local pickup or
2 hours before a long-distance pickup,

Our 24/7 dispatch team will assist you,
confirm your ride, and help ensure an on-time pickup.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received at least
20 hours before your scheduled pickup
to qualify for a refund. Later cancellations
are non-refundable.
Approved refunds are subject to transaction fees
and service charges, with a maximum of
80% of the actual fare refundable.
Taxes and tips are non-refundable.
Refund processing takes 10–30 business days.
